Organizer, Campaign Period & Eligibility
- The Brand’s “Buy & Redeem” Campaign (“Redemption / Redemption Campaign”) is organized by Suntory Beverage & Food Malaysia Sdn Bhd [“The Organizer”]. The Campaign will run from 1 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
- This Redemption Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged eighteen (18) years and above with a valid MyKad (“Participants”), except employees of the Organizer, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, and promotion service providers, including their immediate family members.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms or Campaign Period at any time. All entries / redemption must be received by the Organizer on or before 31 December 2025.
- Participants are eligible to join the Redemption Campaign with every purchase of Brand’s products worth RM160 and above (in a single receipt) at any Watsons outlets nationwide (in-store purchases only) during the Campaign Period (“Proof of Purchase”). The original receipt showing the purchase date from 1 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 must be retained for verification (if required) and as valid Proof of Purchase.

- Brand’s Essence of Chicken Cordyceps 6X70g
- Brand’s Essence of Chicken Cordyceps 12X70g
- Brand’s Innershine Prune 6X70g and 12X70g
- Brand’s Innershine Berry 6X70g and 12X70g
- Brand’s Innershine Mato 6X70g and 12X70g
- Brand’s Lutein 6X70g
- Participants may join the Campaign by following these steps:
- Purchase any Brand’s products worth RM160 and above (in a single receipt) at any Watsons outlets nationwide (in-store purchases only) during the Campaign Period.
- Send a full and clear photo of one (1) receipt only via WhatsApp to 016 695 7159.
- Retain ALL original receipts as Proof of Purchase (“Eligible Entry”).
- Only receipts dated within the Campaign Period will be accepted as valid entries.
- Important: Total RM160 and above spent on Brand’s products in a single receipt, the Participant will receive an exclusive ShinChan Tote Bag.
- Each receipt is limited to one (1) redemption only.
- Each Participant is limited to a maximum of two (2) redemptions throughout the Campaign Period (while stocks last, limited to a total of 200 redemption for the entire campaign period).
- The exclusive ShinChan Tote Bag will be processed within 20 working days after receipt verification. The participant’s mailing address will be asked separately.
- Each entry must be accompanied by only one (1) unique receipt. Multiple receipts submitted in a single entry/photo will not be accepted.
- Incomplete, late, illegible, damaged, or invalid entries, including those without valid Proof of Purchase or without eligible products, will be disqualified.
- Participants may submit more than one (1) entry but each entry must be accompanied by a new and unique receipt. Each receipt may only be used ONCE. Any duplicate use will result in disqualification.
- The tote bag are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods in whole or in part.
Organizer’s Rights
- By participating in this Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Organizer’s decision is final. No correspondence, queries, appeals, or disputes will be entertained. Participants agree not to take any legal action against the Organizer.
- By participating, the Participant consents to the Organizer and/or its appointed third-party agency (“Agency”) processing their personal data for the purpose of administering this Campaign.
- Participants consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of their personal data and declare that all information provided is true and accurate. Participants further agree that the Organizer may, for a reasonable period unless otherwise instructed, use such data for marketing, promotional, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or making phone calls to Participants.
- If a reward cannot be fulfilled due to incorrect or invalid information provided by the Participant, the redemption will be deemed void.
- Lost or undelivered e-vouchers will not be replaced. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any such losses and reserves the right to reject any claims.
- The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant suspected of tampering with the entry process or involved in fraudulent or harmful activities. The Organizer also reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.
- The Organizer disclaims any responsibility for the prize/product/voucher/e-voucher quality and expressly excludes all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any disputes concerning the use of such vouchers or products must be resolved directly with the respective brand owners.
- If the Campaign is disrupted or cannot proceed as planned due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign without prior notice.
Personal Data Protection Act 2010
Notice under Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") to consumers of Suntory Beverage & Food Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
Dear Consumers,
Under the PDPA, there are various requirements that regulate the processing of your personal data as an individual ["Individual"]. It informs the Individual of your rights under the PDPA, including actions Individuals may take to exercise such rights and its consequences, and in particular:-
- That we ["Organizer"] collect Individual's personal data directly from the Contest and/or Redemption Program;
- Individual's personal data is collected for the Contest and/or Redemption Program;
- Individual has the right to access and correct their personal data once given;
- Individual's personal data is disclosed to an elected Agency for processing;
- The personal data requested from Individual will only be used for this campaign;
- The personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the participation void;
- Individual personal data will be validated upon confirming the winners and if there are changes to the personal data, the Individual is required to update the Organizer; and
- If Individual wishes to make enquiries or give feedback, please contact +603 7886 5886 on Mondays to Fridays, from 9.00am to 5.00pm (except for state / public holidays)

Notis Di Bawah Seksyen 7 Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (“PDPA”) kepada pengguna Suntory Beverage & Food Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
Pengguna yang dihormati,
Di bawah PDPA, terdapat beberapa syarat yang mengawal pemprosesan data peribadi anda sebagai individu (“Individu”). Ia memaklumkan Individu tentang hak-hak anda di bawah PDPA, termasuk tindakan yang boleh diambil oleh Individu untuk melaksanakan hak-hak tersebut dan akibatnya, dan secara khususnya:-
- Bahawa kami [“Penganjur”] mengumpul data peribadi anda daripada penyertaan Program Penebusan;
- Data peribadi Individu dikumpul untuk Program Penebusan;
- Individu mempunyai hak untuk mengakses dan membetulkan data peribadi anda;
- Data peribadi Individu akan dikongsi dengan Agensi yang dilantik untuk tujuan pemprosesan;
- Data peribadi Individu akan diguna untuk tujuan kempen ini sahaja;
- Data peribadi yang diminta adalah wajib, dan jika maklumat yang diberikan tidak lengkap, penyertaan Individu tidak akan diterima;
- Sekiranya Individu telah disahkan sebagai Pemenang, sebarang perubahan kepada data peribadi individu harus dimaklumkan kepada Penganjur; dan
